Anti-Propane

Long, long ago, a young man we'll call "Billy" grew up in a family of eight.  His family used propane to heat their house and power their range, and thus had a propane tank which looked much like this one:

One day, young Billy's father and mother noticed something new about the propane tank.  Someone had spruced it up with a little bit of paint.  Unfortunately, they weren't too pleased.  It now looked something like this:

Young Billy's parents employed the "spare the rod, spoil the child" philosophy, and made sure Billy's backside was the color of the paint on the propane tank.

Unfortunately for young Billy, he was wrongly convicted of the crime.  His naughty sister had painted his name on the tank.  She didn't confess until years later.  By then it was too late.  The damage had been done.  Young Billy swore he would never allow a similar mistake to occur.  He would never allow a propane tank to cast its shadow on his land.
